Suzanne Moore

Solicitor and Director

Suzanne joined Watson Ramsbottom in March 2020. Based at our Chorley office, she deals with all aspects of residential conveyancing from new builds, freehold, leaseholds, transfer of equity, equity release, re-mortgages, shared ownerships and right to buys.

Suzanne completed her law degree at UCLAN and then went to Chester College of Law before undertaking her Training Contract in a high street firm in Leyland. Having qualified in 1996 she moved to a similar sized practice on the outskirts of Salford, progressing from newly qualified solicitor to salaried partner then became an equity partner in 2003. She remained with that firm until 2015 before taking a slight change in direction, working for a specialised housing association who accommodate individuals with learning disabilities within the supported living regime.

In this role Suzanne oversaw property purchases, leases, management contracts and service level agreements. In February 2022, Suzanne was appointed to our board of directors.
