About

Jon started working at Watson Ramsbottom as a Conveyancing Assistant around 4 year ago, Since then he has built up a sound knowledge of the re-mortgaging process and has progressed to Re-mortgage Conveyancer.

Jon and his team deal mainly with residential e-mortgages and Transfers of Equity. The whole team have developed a great understanding of the processes involved with these type of transactions.

Jon was in the Army (REME) for many years so is therefore extremely organised and disciplined.

I just wanted to write to you all and thank you for the service I have received from you all. Very rarely do I comment on service but my experience with you guys has genuinely blown me away and I am so incredibly grateful.

I can’t put into words how thankful I am to you all and how incredible you all have been.

Three things that genuinely did blow me away and really surprised me (and rightly or wrongly this is an impression that’s been built up over years of dealing with a number of solicitors) is that ….

One, there was no snobbiness or hierarchy over your positions and job titles. I never got your PA telling me your diary was full or you were busy and would call me back which would never happen. I always got to speak to the person I needed too. You weren’t afraid to pick up the phone, I got given your direct dials which whenever I called weren’t met with the usual “why are you calling me and not my PA” attitude.

Two, your response times to emails …. wow! … most of the time I got a reply within 10 to 15 minutes, I think only once a reply came within 30 minutes and I didn’t even bat an eyelid at that. It was just so reassuring and refreshing to know that my emails weren’t met with an out of office, an automated response or silence for 2 days.

Three, there was never any mixed messages. You all talked and communicated with each other. Everyone was always informed of the situation, up to speed with what’s happening and in the know. I never had to repeat myself or tell someone what was happening to keep them up to speed.

As a customer you made me feel listened to, valued, at ease and I had complete confidence that the job was going to get done and not just that, but the job was going to get done properly. You managed to make me feel calm (Which in itself is a miracle) and reassured.

I feel this email only expresses a small percentage of not only how impressed I am with the service I received but also my thanks. Genuinely can’t thank you enough and I wish you all the best in the future because you all completely deserve the success!
