Senior Associate Solicitor

Danielle Wane qualified as a Solicitor in September 2012. For four years she dealt with civil, commercial and personal injury claims. Including contentious probate, occupational disease and NHS  retrospective and continuing healthcare funding claims for Nursing Home fees.

Danielle joined the Private Client team in November 2016. She deals with all matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work, Probate and Estate Administration. In February 2022 she became a Senior Associate.

She is a Full Member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). STEP is a leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of trusts, estates and related issues and its members help families secure their financial future and protect the interest of vulnerable relatives. STEP also promotes the highest professional standards through education and training, leading to widely respected professional qualifications.
