Here at Watson Ramsbottom, we’re proud to offer our support to local grassroots sport by providing a number of clubs with sponsorship of match worn shirts, training gear, players etc…

We believe it’s vital to support local grassroots as many clubs face the likelihood of having to close without the support from local businesses like ourselves.

We’re delighted to provide support to the following clubs at Grassroots level:

Mill-hill Juniors FC – Under 9’s

Predominately a Sunday league club, however they do have a handful of teams who play in the Saturday league. They are loyal to the well run ELFA & ADJFL leagues who do a great job in supplying a platform to deliver organised fixture football.

The u9’s play their games at Green Lane playing fields and train once a week!

Clitheroe Rugby Club 

Playing in the newly formed Lancashire County Leagues in the 2020/21 season and are in the ADM 1st Division. 10 teams in the division with their home games taking place at Silcock Park, Clitheroe.

Great Harwood Cricket Club –

In 2016 the club accepted an invitation to join the Lancashire Cricket League, meaning 2016 comprised the last in its long association with the Ribblesdale League. The club looks back with great fondness on its rich history, but is just as equally eagerly anticipating the coming years as it looks to establish itself in the most famous cricket league in the world.

The club play their games at the Cliffe ground, Great Harwood and are captained & ran by our Operations Director & Solicitor, Stuart Maher.
