Our debt recovery service fee structure is based on the following table for work carried out up to and including:

Taking instructions and sending letter before action	£50 +VAT
Drafting and issuing Claim form	£180 +VAT
Judgment in default application (if appropriate)	£90 +VAT
Dealing with Court directions, including allocation to Court track	£300 +VAT
Attending Mediation appointments	£220 +VAT
Preparation and attending a Trial/Final Hearing	£500 +VAT
Enforcement of a Judgment*	£240 +VAT

All prices are exclusive of Court Fees
