About

Stuart is an experienced Family solicitor who joined Watson Ramsbottom in August 2019.

Having qualified in 2005, he has practiced family law ever since, progressing to become the Head of Family Law at his previous firm prior to joining us. He holds a particular specialism in family finance matters, separation and unmarried property disputes.

He has experience of dealing with high profile cases and complex separations, with expertise in handling the distribution of pensions on divorce, including high value pensions.

Stuart brings a non-confrontational approach to his practice, always seeking to help parties reach amicable resolutions wherever possible but is robust and dynamic when necessary
